About Leidy

I am thrilled to recommend Leidy for any childcare role. My family and I are very close friends with the host family she worked for, and we were lucky enough to spend a ton of time with her and the twins she cared for during her time as an au pair. We had weekly playdates at parks, playgrounds, and various indoor play facilities for over 2 years, so I saw her in action a lot. Leidy is deeply nurturing and loving. She created a wonderful, warm environment for those kids. More than that, she was incredibly in tune with the twins’ needs. Whether it was navigating a sudden meltdown or simply knowing who needed a hug first after a tumble, she was always present and responsive. Managing twin toddlers in public spaces is a major challenge, but Leidy handled it with remarkable ease. She was super patient—I never once saw her flustered or overwhelmed. She was always calm, controlled, and totally on top of things, ensuring both children were safe and happy. She managed to keep the chaos contained while still letting the kids explore and have fun. Because I witnessed her work in such high-energy, real-world settings over a long period, I can confidently say that Leidy offers professional competence coupled with genuine, heartfelt care.
