I cannot recommend Leidy enough!! She took the absolute best care of our 4 month old baby boy. This was the first time we had a non-family member watch him and I feel so fortunate that we found Leidy for this role. She is warm, energetic, attentive and loving. I knew from the first time that our baby met Leidy that she would be a great fit—he gave her the biggest smile! It was such a relief to have someone we trusted to take care of our son while I went back to work. We also loved that she is fluent in Spanish and spoke in Spanish with our baby, she is extremely punctual and responds to messages promptly. She genuinely cared for our baby and I will forever be grateful for her time with our family. (We would have loved to continue working with Leidy on a regular basis but we both had other arrangements already set up for the long-term. I do plan to reach out for one-off occasions though!)
