About Leidyane

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Leidy as part of our family for six months. We ended our full-time arrangement in January only because our child started daycare—otherwise, we would have happily kept her much longer. Leidy built such a warm, loving bond with our child, who absolutely adores her. During her time with us, she played a huge role in our child’s development—supporting milestones like walking, early talking, learning to share, and building confidence. She is wonderfully engaging and nurturing, always singing songs, encouraging good manners, and coming up with thoughtful, age-appropriate activities to support development. She also prepared delicious, healthy meals and brought a level of care and intentionality that gave us complete peace of mind. Beyond her professionalism, she is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and someone we came to consider a friend as well as a caregiver. We still rely on her for babysitting and were truly sad to see her go from a full-time role. We can’t recommend Leidy highly enough to any family looking for a loving, dependable, and exceptional nanny.
