To my future care family: I can't wait to meet you! But first... I should tell you a little bit about me. I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2004. There I studied Social work and volunteered for the McPhaul Center, preschool group. I went on to work for the Dept. of Family and Children Services for 1 1/2 years and the Tax Commissioner's office for the next 8 years. I enjoyed my jobs because they put together learning new things and working with families. When my son was 2, I resigned to take care of him and build a home for our growing family. From 2014 until now, I have been in charge of our church preschoolers and elementary school-age groups. So, here I am: a homemaker, stay-at-home mom with a 6-year-old, 4-year-old and 22-month-old. We enjoy games, books, arts and crafts and playing outside. I would like to earn some extra cash while providing you an invaluable service: taking care of your child in a safe and nurturing environment.
