Hi, I'm Lee. I have 8+ years of child care experience I am infant qualified as well as CPR and first aid certified and have my own transportation. I enjoy working with children and seeing them discover and learn new things everyday. In addition to taking care of the children I also help with kid related duties/activities such as meal preparation, swimming supervision, play time and school work. I'm also fully vaccinated and have references. I have a passion for working with children I have taken care of infants, toddlers and teens as well as children who have special needs such as autism and adhd. Lee provided childcare for our organization's all-staff retreat in Charlotte, September 23–25, and I can't say enough good things. We had children ranging from 3 - 4 years old across three days and two locations (an event venue and a hotel), and Lee handled all of it with warmth, calm, and real professionalism. What stood out most was how quickly Lee built trust. Parents dropped off in the morning and could be fully present in sessions all day, which is exactly what we needed. The kids were engaged, happy, and well cared for, and several parents told me their children were asking about Lee by the second day. Lee was also easy to coordinate with: on time, communicative, flexible when our schedule shifted, and great with parents at drop-off and pickup. For any organization planning an event where caregivers need to show up fully, this kind of support makes all the difference. We'd book Lee again without hesitation.
