I'd describe my personality as kind, empathetic, and caring. I like working with kids because it makes me happy to help kids and see them grow in life. I'm looking for a job that works well with my other job which is a high school dance coach I need to be at the high school by 2:30 on Monday and 4 p.m. Wednesday and Friday. I am also looking for a family that will allow me to bring my 5 months old. I started working with kids when I was about 15 I would watch my 1 and 2-year-old brother and sister, and watch family friends children. I started working with kids in elementary school in 2023 and continued working up until this April 2025 in the school system. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, dance, swim, clean. One thing you should know about me is I have always been around young children and love every second of it. I also hope to become a teacher! My skills include patience, understanding, and organization. I am looking forward to working with anyone interested!

Leelandra, affectionately known as Leelee, cared for my daughter throughout an entire summer, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. She took her on fun, enriching outings to the park, pool, and children’s museum, and filled their days at home with creative crafts and engaging games. Many of the crafts Leelee taught her are still proudly displayed or lovingly worked on to this day. Leelee quickly became my daughter’s favorite part of the summer. Each day, she eagerly looked forward to spending time with her. At a time when my daughter was especially shy, Leelee’s warmth, patience, and genuine care helped her feel safe, seen, and supported. I wholeheartedly give Leelee my highest recommendation. Any family would be lucky to have someone as dedicated and kind as she is.
