Leann was the most professional, dependable (*even when my first request was last minute) The best part is that now that I have hired Leann we now have or will next week on her next scheduled time here, I am confident that we will be able to work from a monthly schedule, and once that is agreed to I have complete faith Leann is organized and detailed enough to remind me should I forget she is coming. Leann has always responded to any type of message within hours so careful if that's all your going by; Meaning Care.Com has a major flaw that needs to be corrected to reflect when in Leann's case checks in for work on this page daily yet it showed her in her profile hat it took her 3/4 of a year as the last time she accessed this site, which in fact Leann checks it daily. If anyone would like to discuss Leann directly about her skillset and overall personality that are seriously considering hiring her I am sure that my direct number can be obtained from care.com or from Leann herself. I don't have time for anyone that is not seriously considering hiring her. I am hopeful I will be able to give her more work here.
