About Leeandra

Caring for children has always been my greatest joy. I spent eight years as a high school teacher before pausing my career to homeschool my own children during the pandemic. During that time, I discovered a deep love for teaching reading and literacy to children and adults. I also enjoy tutoring K-5 students in math and other subjects. I'm patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids; whether we're playing outside, solving puzzles, or exploring educational games. I'm most comfortable working with one child at a time so I can give them my full attention. Open communication with parents is very important to me, and I always respect your household routines and rules. I am happy to help with light housekeeping, and fluent in both English and Spanish; creating a warm, engaging, and bilingual environment for your child.
