About Lee

Hello! I am looking for portland families needing care this summer! I currently am working for an outdoor school program. I love working with youth and have over 8 years of experience with toddlers, preschool and school age kids. I am patient, gentle, flexible, child-led and creative. I love imaginary play, board games, crafts and being outside. I find much joy in spending time with kids, helping them learn and foster excitement about life! I love the outdoors, I'm not afraid to get muddy and I have lots of energy. I am experienced with providing developmentally appropriate opportunities for play and learning, and establishing firm and loving boundaries. I have extensive training in IIRP restorative justice based behavior management strategies. I can help with homework, laundry, cooking and light housekeeping.
