Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. For the past 19 years, I've been honored to provide comprehensive support, including respite care, personal care, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate regularly with families through written reports, verbal updates, and texts. I understand the importance of learning about a care recipient's preferences and history. I have experience with dementia, hospice, and medical management. I'm comfortable with pets, have a car, and am CPR and First Aid trained.
