About Lechelle

I have experience in working for The School District of Philadelphia for 8 years , my position was a Student Climate Staff means that I would monitor the students in the cafeteria tell them to sit down they can't run around the cafeteria so they won't slip n fall n hurt their selves n they also can't throw food in the cafeteria. Whenever I see a spill on the floor I would mop it up n wipe the tables. I would also monitor the students outside for recess making sure their not doing anything their not suppose to be doing n monitor the hallways no students can't be in the hallway without a hall pass if the students refuse to go to class I have to report over the walkie talkies My patience, empathy, and strong communication skills have consistently helped me build trust and support with both children and their parents.
