About Leawna

I am an outdoors loving, foodie who is passionate about working with students and children. I have a B. S. in renewable natural resources, which makes me comfortable offering tutoring and assisting in virtual schooling. I have experience working with kids both outdoors (4 day/ 3 night river trips, and school field trips) and in the classroom as a special education assistant. I am comfortable accommodating behavioral and physical special needs. I am enthusiastic about getting kids outdoors and hands on/experiential learning. As someone who enjoys cooking I would look forward to helping with meal prep and do not flinch at dietary restrictions. This year has been nuts for everyone. I am hoping to help ease the stress that parents are feeling during this time and provide a lil extra stability to family lives.
