About Leara

Hi families! I bring over 9 years of experience caring for children from newborns to teens, including those with special needs. I currently serve at my church during Sunday services caring for little ones as young as 8 months. I worked at a preschool for children with developmental and behavioral needs giving me valuable experience with children who need a bit of extra care and understanding. I also spent 7 months as a live in nanny in Hawaii, caring for a 6-month-old and a 3-year-old. Which taught me how to balance routines, support early development, and build loving bonds with families. As a mom myself I understand the Importance of reliable, loving care and the value of consistency, patience, and open communication. I'm happy to work with your family's routines and needs. Whether that is occasional or ongoing support. I am CPR/ First Aid certified as well!
