Caregiver was hired to assist with care for a bedridden family member. Unfortunately there were repeated attendance and communication issues, including frequent call-outs, changing scheduled arrival times, leaving early, and a no-show shift without advance notice. Professional boundaries were also a concern, as personal family matters were discussed with the patient instead of focusing on caregiving responsibilities. Due to the level of care required, reliability and communication were very important, and employment was terminated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this caregiver for families requiring consistent and dependable care.
