I am college educated and I've spent a large part of my life traveling the world. I have over 30 years professional experience. I started my childcare career as a Montessori daycare provider. I'm a certified NCS and working on my doula certification as well. I have professional experience with newborn to teenage children and additionally with multiples, preemies, ADHD, autism, cerebral palsy and speech delay. I teach and coach swimming in the summer months. I like to think offer the best childcare money can buy. If you are looking for the best nanny, then you have found her! We are so grateful to have found Leanne and have had her as part of our family. She primarily took care of our 6 month old, but also helped with our 3 year old and was with us for almost a year until we moved. She was very flexible with her schedule which was great for us. She took incredible care of our kids and always had great insight for any issues or concerns that we had. She has a wealth of experience and expertise on child development, and is knowledgeable about baby led weaning, Montessori, swim, speech, and more! Our kids loved her and miss her, and so do we. We are glad to have her as a friend still, and can only feel slightly jealous of any other kids and families who get to work with her in the future ;)
