Hello! My name is Leanna, and I am a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia with a passion for providing compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care. I have experience caring for patients with a wide range of medical needs, including seniors, individuals recovering from hospitalization or surgery, and those living with chronic illnesses. My nursing background has given me experience with medication management, mobility assistance, monitoring changes in condition, wound care, and providing comfort-focused care while treating every patient with dignity and respect. Before becoming an RN, I spent many years providing private in-home care, so I understand how important it is for families to have someone they can trust. My goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.
