About Leandra

Making a positive difference in people's lives is my passion. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience working in a memory care facility, 3 years of culinary arts and first hand experience with my own high needs child. I understand the importance of patience and creating a comfortable environment for care recipients, a little extra live goes a long way. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations and can handle a little chaos. I provide personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with errands, mobility, and dementia care if needed. I communicate with families using their preferred method be it text, phone, email, or a daily log offering regular updates. I am CPR certified and have a high school degree. Supporting families and ensuring the well-being of your loved ones is my top priority.
