About Lea

Hello, my name is Lea! I've recently graduated from Seton Hall University where I studied psychology and swam competitively. For three years, I have supported families by providing dependable childcare for children aged newborn to pre-teen. Additionally, I have past experience as a lifeguard and coaching a junior league swimmer team so not only do I have the ability to manage multiple kids at once, but I have also been trained in CPR, first aid, and many other safety measures! My approach is both creative and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I communicate with parents daily at pickup to discuss their child's day. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm eager to learn how I can help your family thrive.
