Hi I'm Leah and I've cared for many special needs children including my own daughter who I've adopted 19 years ago from an orphanage in Vietnam where she got reactive attachment disorder from the neglect in the orphanage. She is a gift from above and I love her so much. I've also had experience taking care of a beautiful young girl with severe cerebral palsy fed from a feeding tube and have had the chance to work with many children with autism from all my day care teaching years of experience. I have a big compassionate heart and love helping and caring for others and giving them all the joy and help I can possibly give them. I helped my sister with some very severe disabilities. March 2021- The last 7 months I have had the opportunity to take care of a young 9-year-old girl with infantile neuroaxonal dystrophy. She was one of the sweetest girls ever. I did her catheters for her, all of her feeding tube tasks, her stretches, her braces for her hands, feet etc. and of course all meds.
