About Leah

I graduated from Macalester College this spring after studying English literature and Classical Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Studies (I am particularly fond of Shakespeare and Greek mythology!). I love to read novels (particularly mysteries), see musicals/listen to their soundtracks, play board games, and go on walks with my family's 3lb poodle. :) I have been working with children (ages ranging from newborn to 14) in a variety of roles (mother's helper, babysitter, nanny, and camp counselor) for a decade at this point in my life, and I continually find myself returning to this type of work for that very reason. I love working with children of all ages, but I tend to watch infants-5ish year olds the most often. I am more than happy to provide references and/or answer any questions you may have about my experiences, qualifications, or about me in general!
