About Leah

I'd describe myself as patient, caring, and attentive. I like working with kids because I like knowing that I can create a positive impact on a young mind! I'm looking for work that allows me to have flexibility, the opportunity to learn new things and grow as a person while also nurturing a young mind. I started working when I was 15 years old working as a preschool teacher while also continuously doing babysitting work. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, explore new coffee shops to do study at, hangout with friends and family, etc. One thing you should know about me is that I am ambitious. I started working at a daycare at 15 with children whose age ranged from 6 weeks to 5 years old. I also have experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting. I enjoy helping people. My skills include keeping children entertained through activities, have empathy towards the child when responding to their feelings, good communication with parents/guardians.
