About Leah

Hi my name is Leah! I recently graduated from UC Irvine with a bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology and I plan on becoming a school psychologist. I currently work as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher with Irvine Unified School District, and I also spent a year working one on one as an ABA therapist. I've always loved being around kids and supporting them in ways that feel fun, encouraging, and meaningful. I have experience tutoring and helping with homework, and I grew up babysitting my cousins, which honestly is where my love for working with kids started! Through my ABA work, I supported children with communication, behavior, and daily living skills using patience, positivity, and consistency, and I loved celebrating even the smallest wins with them. Fun facts about me are that I have a big sweet tooth, love being creative, and love to swim! I'm more than happy to help with tutoring, homework, routines, and supervision.
