She is suffering from an illness and has informed me of this and therrlefore has been irresponsible with her car keys, is unable to gather her thoughts in order to finish her sentences at times and has difficulty seeing is what she said. Despite this I kept my word to keep her as a permanent nanny. She stated that she didn't mind waiting in the past and so this time I was late and despite knowing that I always pay for any wait time she left and didn't respond to any messages or calls. It is a big inconvenience to leave me last minute without child care.
