Leah took care of our two kids (1yo and 3yo) for over a year. During that time, she was never once late and never had any issues come up that required her to take a day off on short notice. Our kids enjoyed spending time reading books and going for walks with her. She was flexible with scheduling when we needed her to be and, all in all, did a great job.
