I'm a mom of 26-year-old. I have worked as a preschool teacher for 15 years, with children infant to school age. I have nannied for four great families. I have done potty training, bottle weaning and much more.

We cannot recommend Leah highly enough. Her patience and nurturing nature have made a significant difference in our family’s life. She is always punctual, reliable and creates safe and fun environment for our daughter Lynn. We are grateful to have Leah as part of our family! 

My kids refer to her as “Leah Aunty” she is not an ordinary nanny. She has become our family. She takes care of my kids like her own and always available whenever we need her even middle of night. Unfortunately we are moving but we will miss her always.

She was always very loving of our son and helped take care of him from 6 months old to a year and a half when we had to switch providers for therapeutic reasons. My son took to Leah very quickly and got along very well with her. It was a comfort for me to have someone so loving care for my son. If I asked her to help with a particular part of his development, she was extremely receptive. She took care of him and another little one who was the same age and she handled both of them extremely well, attending to their various needs and differences while also supporting their social interactions. Both kids loved her very much. It was extremely helpful that she did her best to make herself available outside of her working hours when we needed as well, permitting it worked with distance. Usually, we took him to her place if needed outside of hours. The outside accommodation did help us tremendously when we needed it. 

Leah is very loving and will stay committed to your family.

Leah has been our family's nanny for two years now and has been nothing short of a blessing. In the last two years she has been early every day, been accommodating to our schedule, has helped with additional tasks when I was recovering from my second birth, bonded with both of my children, and has become a part of our family. She is incredibly thoughtful and respectful of our home. It is evident that my children feel loved and cared for by her - she has become one of the best parts of their day! 

Any family would be lucky to have her support and help.

It is clear that she has formed a very strong bond with the family she is currently with and has become another member of their family.  If I were in a position to hire a nanny I would bring Leah on without hesitation.  The next family that she connections with will have truly found a gem!
