About Leah

What inspires me to act as a caregiver is having the unique opportunity to support someone in need and be the positive impact they can rely on. I'm passionate about being the great helping hand for adult and senior's well-being and independence. I provide live-in care, transportation, and mobility assistance. I also help with errands, light housekeeping, and meal prep. I am compassionate, friendly, and adapt to changing routines with ease. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion. I prefer to communicate with families through regular updates, using their liked method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I have completed some college courses at Lone Star, on track to become an RN, as well as certify in Nurse Aide. I currently hol an AHA BLS certification. I'm knowledgeable on performing CPR. I'm looking forward to carrying my strong caretaking qualities to the tasks you may need now or in the future.
