My biggest hesitation in hiring a night nanny was feeling comfortable having a stranger in my house taking care of my baby while myself, husband, and toddler all slept. However, from the moment I met Leah, that concern faded away. She is super professional but also a very warm person. She has a very calming presence and is very patient (with both newborns and tired moms that have zero brain cells left). Some people are just good with babies, and Leah is one of them. We would not have survived the newborn stage without her!
