About Leah

Hi! I'm Leah--an incoming senior at UCLA with a passion for working with kids. I come from a big family as the eldest of five siblings, so caring for little ones has always been second nature. I also regularly care for my 3-year-old cousin, which has given me lots of hands-on experience with toddlers. In addition to babysitting, I've worked as a Peer Mentor for college students and as a Unit Clerk intern supporting high schoolers. These roles have helped me develop strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. I'm fun, kind, and dependable. I enjoy playing games (indoor and outdoor), encouraging creativity, and creating a safe, positive space for children. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, enforcing household routines, and helping with light housekeeping, cooking, carpooling, or travel. I also prioritize clear, open communication with parents--sharing updates however you prefer. I truly love supporting families through reliable, thoughtful care!
