About Leah

Hi! My name is Leah. I have over 7 years of childcare experience. Working with kids has always come natural to me, I am very caring, dependable, and patient. I truly enjoy working and collaborating with families to provide a nurting and safe environment for their children! I have experience working with children ranging in ages from 0-12yo, I have mainly worked with kids 18mo-3yo. I am comfortable with helping around the house including, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, etc. I do have experience with potty training as well! I find that I am an attentive person and with experience in a Montessori setting I truly believe in encouraging independence and curiousity in the child. Whilst following a routine and finding age appropriate activities to support their development and keep them engaged.
