About Leah

Making a real difference in people's lives is what drives me. I'm a compassionate caregiver with three years of experience supporting adults and seniors with dementia. My goal is to positively impact their lives, ensure their well-being and independence, and provide reliable care for families. I offer respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and support for individuals with dementia. I am also able to assist with errands, shopping, and medical management. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Building trust and understanding a person's preferences and history are essential to me. I have a high school diploma, and am currently working on my CPR and first aid training for elders.
