About Leah

Hi Care Community! My name is Leah and I am looking for meaningful work in my 20s while I figure out where my long-term path leads. With nearly a decade of child care experience spanning infants to high schoolers, I bring genuine passion for building lasting relationships with kids and families. Through Care. com I've cared for a6-month-old and two elementary-aged boys, and I've worked as a professional sitter. Most recently, I spent two years as an environmental educator at Teton Science Schools in Jackson, Wyoming, teaching 3rd-12th graders through hands-on, inquiry-based learning. I've also logged years of babysitting and summer camp counseling along the way. I love getting kids outside, building confidence, and sparking creativity through real experiences. I'm responsible, empathetic, and deeply committed to the people I care for. I'm looking for a long-term role where I can become a trusted, caring part of your family's life.
