About Leah

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion. I've enjoyed supporting families by providing reliable childcare for many years. I have over 300 hours of childcare experience including babysitting, being a church camp counselor, helping out in childcare at church, being a nanny, etc. My calm and patient personality helps me connect with children, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a consistent environment. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, ensuring we're always on the same page. I love engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, arts and crafts, and anything fun!! I'm also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I have SOME COLLEGE education, Lifeguard certification, First Aid Training, and CPR Training. I can speak English and some Spanish. I am comfortable caring for more than one child at a time. I look forward to bringing my energy and experience to your family!!
