Very easy to work with, and great with my kids. Space is always clean, and kid friendly. Leah communities openly and is willing to work with needs of my child(ren). She active, and always aware of what's going on around her, and the environment. Attentive to the needs of the kids, as well as willing to play and interact with them. My schedule is pretty repetitive and so she is willing to stay with me on it. My husband and I work Monday- Friday and is always available those days. She is a great caregiver with my kids, I appreciate all that's she does for them.
