About Leah

We hired Leah and completed all of the hiring process- two interviews, background and reference checks, all of the paperwork, created a training schedule etc. After the first full night training, which my trainer thought went well based on their conversations, I followed up with leah next day. Three days later she finally responded with a text thanking us but she wasn’t returning she accepted a different offer. She had apparently still been interviewing elsewhere and even trained elsewhere after accepting our offer and going through all the onboarding with us. Very frustrating and disappointing for us to go through all the time, trouble and expense to find out she wasn’t really committed to her job with us but rather was still searching for something better. Now i am left with no caregiver, all that wasted time lost and having to start my search over again. Which means another 2-4 weeks without a caregiver. Hopefully she doesn’t do the same to the next people who hire her to help.
