About Leah

My name is Leah! I've babysat for about 8 years and have 2 years experience teaching as a preschool teacher. Right now I'm a stay at home mom with my 7-month-old. If possibly he would come with me to work. I have always had a passion for children and love working in child care! I loved my time with the kids and the joy they bring everyday! Crafts, photography, and the outdoors are some of my favorite things. I love animals, I have many of my own, so have no problem with pets and housekeeping! I have taken sitter safety courses, infant and adult CPR/AED training, first aid training, and early childhood development training! I grew up in a family of nurses and teachers so have always prepared myself for life saving actions I can make in case of emergency. Being able to be a safe space for kids is most important to me and showing a kind heart to those in need. Learning and growing within the childcare industry has been such a blessing in my life and has taught me so much!
