Hi! I'm Leah, and I'm a full-time first-year student at KU. I'm 18 years old and I absolutely love working with kids! While I am studying Political Science with a goal to go to law school and write policy in the future, I've always loved playing with, teaching, and looking after children. I took a child development course in high school for a year that allowed me the opportunity to regularly step into my schools Early Childhood Education center and learn from trained professionals in the field, alongside working with kids, from infants to preschool age. Additionally, I received my Entry Level Childcare Training Certification from Oklahoma CareerTech after completing training. I love to read, write, and be creative!
