About Leah

As a teenager worked in childcare, camps and mentorship. After college taught drama and directed youth in children's theatre. Homeschooled her 4 kids and other children in a K- 12 co-op. She has experience as a preschool teacher. Worked with special needs students at a local high school. Followed by a career as a nanny for 5 families! I'd describe my personality as positive, genuine and encouraging I like working with kids because I find a lot of satisfaction in supporting them as they learn, grow and thrive navigating through life's challenges. I'm looking for a job that can support a family in raising their children so they feel loved, encouraged and confident. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. In my spare time, I like to do pilates, cycle, hike, visit museums, read. One thing you should know about me is I am trustworthy. My skills include fostering a sense of security and self love. Developing good communication skills. Encouraging a love of learning!
