About Leah

I like working with kids because teaching life skills and getting kids involved in taking care of themselves and their environment is a passion of mine. I started working with kids by taking care of my 6 younger siblings. At 16, my first job was childcare at the YMCA. I was also a live-in nanny for 9 months during covid, providing preschool education and 9-5 care. I also nannied for kids with medical complexities and intellectual disabilities. In my spare time, I like to paint. I also enjoy video gaming, reading, and cooking. One thing you should know about me is I pay attention to detail and appreciate when house rules and important information is written down so that I can refer back to it and make sure I'm providing the best personalized care possible.
