Leah has watched our son (currently 14 months old) a number of times. She has great communication and is always on time. Our son seems to have lots of fun with her and she has been excellent at keeping him engaged in activities. No problems giving him bottles or meals now that he eats, doing diaper changes, putting him down for naps, etc. Highly recommend!
