About Leah

I am currently taking a semester off before completing my degree at Penn State University where I am studying psychology. I have five years of experience working with kids ages 2-12. I spent four summers as a camp counselor at Hopwood nursery primarily with 3-5-year-olds. I also spent one year working there as a preschool teacher's aid. I also worked at Future Stars camp as a counselor and taught science and art. I am energetic, patient, and empathetic. My older brother has Down syndrome so I have been surrounded by the special needs community my entire life. I can help with Swimming Supervision and love organizing daily activities like crafts and outdoor games.
