About Leah

Caring for children is a true passion of mine. My background consists of a college degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Sciences (HDFS), and my courses in early childhood development, as well as my three years of daycare experience allow me to create engaging and educational experiences. I maintain current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. My approach is patient and creative, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that foster learning. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and always prioritize open communication with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, or whatever your preferred method may be. I'm happy to assist with many house chores and am comfortable around animals. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life and support your family brings me so much purpose.
