About Leaha

I'm looking for a family who values curiosity, kindness, and learning through play as much as I do. I cherish helping kids explore the world through questions, music, stories and plenty of time outdoors. Families with steady daily rhythms - regular nap, meal and play times - are the best fit for me. Since 9 years old, I've worked with kids. In my charge, I have had newborns, toddlers and school-aged children. In my spare time, I like to sketch, paint, hike, kayak, do aerial acrobatics and tai chi. One thing you should know about me is that I have a boisterous laugh :) My skills include smoothly transitioning children from different stages of the day, e. g., playtime to bath time to bedtime, telling wild and adventurous stories of far off lands and coming into their world and speaking the language of children, i. e., play :)
