About Leah

For over a decade, I have taught pre-k and Kindergarten & have been dedicated to nurturing young minds & supporting families. I am passionate about fostering unique growth and development in a safe & supportive environment. I hold a college degree in Child Development, which provides an understanding of children's social, emotional, and developmental needs. I am a parent of 2 young adults and a high schooler, giving me firsthand insight into every stage of childhood & adolescence. I am working on updating my First Aid & CPR Training. Parents appreciate my patient, calm, & approachable personality. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, & educational apps with children. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. I am happy to help with meal preparation & light housekeeping. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ages 0-11. Knowing I can make a positive impact on your child's life brings me immense joy.
