n order to do a review, one must give 1 star. I really wanted to give Lazaria, NO stars. She was in my employ for only 10 days and so here are the top 10 reasons why you should not hire her: 1. Tardiness every day 2. Dressed inappropriately every day 3. Brought her 10 year old son to work 4. Inappropriate questioning of my family members cleaning abilities 5. No-show on 8th (finally called 1 & 1/2 hour late due to alarm clock not going off) 6. Walked out on 9th day before end of her shift because she believed I accused her of doing something when I was merely making a statement. 7. Walked out on 10th day before the end of her shift because stated I was bashing her when I was merely going over the top 4 items on this list and why she shouldn’t of walked out the day before. 8. In an unprofessional manner, Proceeded To raise her voice, very loudly, stating this environment was toxic and I (her employer) complained about everything. Nothing was good enough for me. 9. On her cell phone way too much 10. Most of all, Said she was done with Healthcare. At 56, I did not plan on being unable to walk. Couple this with a plethora of other health issues, I am now at the mercy of using Services such as Care.com, to employ my caregivers. I have been independent all of my life and having to do this, has taken every ounce of my dignity and self-esteem away. So when I employ a caregiver, I advised them of my OCD, as well as my inability to articulate or possibly say the right thing. I even apologize in advance if I do say something wrong or speak out of turn I am far from perfect. The last thing I expect is a caregiver to walk out in the middle of a shift for ANY reason leaving the patient/client alone. I do not need to worry about being left alone, as I have enough to worry about. Please read any and all reviews of the caregivers you are looking to employ because if it wasn’t for the reviews we would not know what goes on behind closed doors. Thank you.
