About Layse

Hello! I'm a Brazilian psychologist with over 13 years of experience working with children. I began as a teacher assistant and later became a psychologist at a school for kids with special needs. I also worked as an Au Pair in the USA for 18 months with the same family, caring for three wonderful kids (ages 9m, 4y, and 6y). Coming from a big family with 8 godchildren I've cared for since they were newborns, I've gained valuable hands-on experience with babies. I'm CPR certified, strong swimmer, and a safe driver with a valid DL and clean records. I enjoy cooking, keeping a tidy home, and I have good references from the families I've worked with. In addition to Portuguese and English, I'm improving my Spanish and German. I also love paint-by-numbers, mountain biking, and exploring new cultures.
