About Layne

Hi! I'm Layne! I'm a 25-year-old college student in the Tucson area. I work with special needs children and adults. I'm deeply passionate about supporting children and families. I volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Tucson, where I advocated for the best interests of children in the care system. That experience strengthened my ability to be a consistent, caring presence in a child's life, especially during difficult transitions. I also have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, both one-on-one and in group settings, providing both habilitation and respite care. I aim to meet each child where they are, encouraging their strengths with patience and understanding. I planned fun, structured activities, helped with homework, and made sure each child felt safe and included. I'm reliable, empathetic, and committed to creating a positive environment for your children.
