About Layne

Hi there! My name is Layne and I am a registered respiratory therapist who has worked in the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) and the PICU (pediatric intensive care unit). I am looking to take a break from the ICU life, but still do what I am passionate about- taking care of kiddos. I am looking for a full time or part time nanny position as I will still be picking up shifts here and there at the hospital. I am very comfortable taking care of kids of all ages, but I am particularly passionate about taking care of infants and have a lot of experience in and out of the hospital with that age group. I have many certifications which include BLS (basic life support-CPR training), PALS (pediatric advanced life support), NRP (neonatal resuscitation program), and ACLS (advanced cardiac life support). I would also feel comfortable taking care of children with medically complex needs.
