About Layla

I have worked in the nonprofit field for the last 4 years, working with adults with disabilities. I have extensive experience as a teacher, working with children in classrooms. I have cared for my grandmother, off & on between her 80s-90s, in her home. I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic & kind. I like caring for seniors because I am a nurturing person. I enjoy caring for those in need. Elderly people are so important and deserve love, to be acknowledged and well cared for. I'm looking for a job that I can bring my warmth & companionship to someone who needs company. I started caring for seniors when my grandmother began needing more care then she could provide for herself on her own. More importantly, she needed companionship and a little help with her daily routine. In my spare time, I try to give to those in need in the community, I enjoy being creative & I like to garden. One thing you should know about me is I am a very loving person.
