About Layla

Hi my name is Layla but I go by Ceri! I'd describe my personality as kindhearted, patient, and responsible. I like working with kids because I find them inspirational. Children see the world differently and I love embracing that in my relationship with them. I'm looking for a job that will provide me with the opportunity to do what I love: opening my heart to future generations and guiding them as they prepare to conquer the world. I started working with babies as young as 12 years old as a sister, cousin, and neighbor. My passion grew as I got older and more capable of independently watching after children. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and spontaneously do art projects such as vision boards, painting, drawing, etc. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a 4th year Journalism major, Creative Writing Minor at the prestigious Hampton University in Virginia. My skills include genuineness, mindfulness, and accountability. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
