Hi! My name is Laylah, and I am a dedicated childcare professional with nearly five years of professional experience and a lifelong passion for working with children. I began my childcare journey at age 13 through volunteer work at a YMCA daycare and have since worked with children ranging from newborns to 16 years old. I currently work as a full-time House Manager for a family of six, where I combine attentive childcare with strong organization, household coordination, and daily routine management. I bring a warm, calm, and dependable presence into the home and take pride in being responsible, reliable, and genuinely caring.
